Tour Overview & Highlights

A complete off-grid trekking and camping trip into the pine forests and streams of Basho Valley.

Drive in 4x4 jeeps across the Indus River to the Basho bridge, then climb up the off-road path into Basho meadows. Set up camp near the stream.

Trek through the ancient pine forests. Explore the giant chocolate-colored rock formations and enjoy a picnic lunch in the woods.

Hike up to the high Basho waterfall. Spend the afternoon fishing for trout. Night campfire with local folk music.

Pack up camps and drive back down to Skardu.
